Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the packaging of your order and your location. For bulk purchases, shipping fees may vary and will be communicated separately during the finalization of your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on location and your shipping option. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.

Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase, so please verify your product as soon as you receive it. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 48 hours of receipt for Eva Collection products and 10 days of receipt for all other product. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Items shipped internationally or final sale items cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at chhayahandcrafts01@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
